Returns & refunds
Here’s how we handle things. We’re a small team and we want to be upfront with you.
We have a no-refund, no-return policy, with one important exception. If something’s wrong with your order because of us, we’ve got you covered. We stand behind what we make.
If the product is defective or if we sent the wrong item, or something arrived damaged, we will 100% take it back and refund you in full. That’s on us, and we’re sorry it happened. Just reach out and we’ll make it right as quickly as we can.
Because we’re a small business, we aren’t able to offer change-of-mind refunds or returns at this time. We don’t have the same flexibility as bigger operations, and we’d rather be honest about that up front. We hope you love your mousepad, and we work hard to make sure every order is exactly what you expected before it leaves our door.
